The building and rooms on the upper level are nice, with a beautiful area and easy access to Oneonta, NY and Cooperstown nearby.

Nothing... to be honest, nothing at all!

I didnt like any of it. If I didn't have a full day of stuff to do with my daughter for her birthday... I would have spend as long as it took at the front desk until i got my money back. It was dirty. It smelt bad and I spent ( this is not an exaggeration) an hour and a half killing flies....... at least 30 of them..... and was able to trap about 10 or so in the bathroom. Never will I go there again!!! I was like staying the night in an oversized porta-john!!!

Units on the upper level. The location was easy - so close to Oneonta, NY.

I enjoyed the hotel's beautiful location on a hill. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the beds were comfortable, and the AC/heat unit was adjustable to my liking.

No issues encountered during my stay.

The hotel was good for a one-night stay. We needed a place overnight close to Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Price was very good compared to those closer to Cooperstown. This hotel is about a 40 minute drive away.

The hotel needs a sign at the end of their driveway to indicate where to turn. In the dark, and with high grass along the side of the road I almost missed the driveway. Also, be aware the hotel is on a hillside and the driveway is steep.

We had an incredibly comfortable room with a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave. the location was cool, close to all the events we wanted to see and easy to get around. Just off a hill, and Cooperstown.

Well priced and absolutely great hotel, warm rooms, bravo!

Unbeatable location, just a walk down to everywhere. Very convenient because of highway located minutes away from the hotel. The rooms in which the windows had been left open. Had a microwave, a fridge and a coffeemaker.

This is an older motel. It's a good place to lay your head for the night, but that's about it. The location worked for me, as we were going to Howes Cave. If not for that, I would have kept traveling and found another location.

Recommend. Offers a wide range of amazingly clean and light rooms. Location is favourable and close to events we wanted to see. Close enough to Cooperstown and Oneonta, NY. Staff is very nice and courteous, as well as the owner.

Roach in bathroom, room smelly, beds old. No real hot breakfast - just cereal and bagels.

Was told there was a mini fridge and there wasn't. Exterior lights didn't come on til after 9pm.

The staff was polite. the location was great and cool, just off a hill. There were a microwave and a fridge upon arrival. We truly enjoyed the place.

Upon arrival, the room had a strong cigarette smell, damp pillows, and a misbehaving shower. Overall I'd consider other options.

The staff here is friendly and polite, and the convenient location is a bonus with a short drive to a nearby antique store.
